      They are so out of touch with employees I will never have the desire to accomplish anything for them.

      Cons

      Out of touch corporate policies. Automatically and illegally enrolls you into benefits programs using off site sales call centers. Then uses this enrollment to take all the money from your check.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
