      Company is doing its best to improve the multiple brands in some ways. The limitations of being an oder corporation has allowed ServiceMaster to look to inovation and this might be a great addition to the company.

      Cons

      Company shifts direction with limited exposure to current employees. They need to improve the trust in who works for this company. Otherwise they will keep loosing out on great opportunities.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
