      Almost everyone that works there wants to "do the right thing"..

      Cons

      There is a clear direction from Executive leadership however, it is not filtered down from the Department VP level

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
