Pros
Decent pay for the work involved & very easy to get along with. They always had plenty of contracts so I had as much work as I wanted/needed
Cons
Working by yourself sometimes can be challenging due to time constraints versus the amount of work involved and it's hard to get an extra hand because they don't have many other technicians that do back-up
