Your checks are on time

They’ll treat you like Golden when you start then about a good month in you’ll see all their ugliness under their smiles. The staff in Hr talks about their employees like crap. Even talks about the owner on a daily basis when the owner tries to be fair. Good tip go in , do your job , and keep your head down. The Managers are not your friend or even remotely on your side no matter how pretty they try to paint that picture,

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
