Pros

1) Detailed and well planned orientation and on-boarding process 2) Centralized information details. You have access to all necessary and good to know details on their intranet. You are never lost. 3) Competitive pay and benefits 4) Office facilities are one of the best. A fully stocked pantry including coca-cola,pepsi vending machines, fruit infused water, fresh seasonal fruits (a new one each day). 5) Shuttle services from metro stations running every 30 mins. 6) Opportunities for growth and learning. Caveat is that you are willing to do a little extra than your JD 7) Great WFH facilities. $300 to set you home office. 8) Day-Care for kids within office premises. 50% cost is borne by the company (as far as I am aware). 9) Awesome DEI initiatives 10) Leadership speaks the same language. The goals and vision are spoken of in the same way across the board.

Pros

Solving important problems at scale.

Cons

The culture has gone downhill. High performers are not awarded the way they once were. Bureaucracy and complexity have made it nearly impossible to deliver efficiently. There is no a strong product management function, no clear platform, strategy, and leaders have become less empathetic and more toxic as we have grown. Unlimited vacation actually accomplishes the opposite of what it is billed as. Whereas previous tech companies had X number of weeks protected for vacation, at ServiceNow you always feel bad for taking time off and know that people are watching.
