1. Management is incompetent: people would rather save their ego than do what is right
2. It is like high school: a lot of departments are immature and entitled and think they know everything
3. No work-life balance: they expect you to slave away 24/7
4. The way they describe culture is a facade: It is cut throat... And people are rude, passive aggressive or fake (sometimes all 3)
5. They think material things like snacks and bean bag chairs make up for how miserable your job can be: doesn't matter what team you're part of... they say they are trying to achieve the extraordinary, but they do it at the expense of their employees
6. People are not afraid to throw you under the bus: one minute, you're friends then all of a sudden someone calls you out and makes you look bad in a meeting
7. It's all about the boys club: If you're chummy with "the crew" in the executive team or senior management, you can do no wrong... super disappointing
8. You will likely start smoking cigarettes: It makes you wonder why so many people need coping mechanisms at this place (See items 1 to 7)
9. People come to work hungover or high, management included: ENOUGH SAID
10. They think they are the best company under the sun, but they're not: My advice is... find a place that will actually respect you and won't insult your intelligence
