Diversity and inclusion are incredibly important to us as an organization and we know that having a team with a diversity of thought, opinion, and background are fundamental to living our core values of being a great team and achieving the extraordinary. We are working on multiple initiatives to improve in this area, and we would welcome your thoughts on how we can be better. Our Employee Experience team should be advocates for all Titans and partnering with everyone to work through any issues. If you don't feel this is happening or that there is inequity, we encourage you to use our open door policy and escalate this internally by reporting it to the Director of Employee Experience, using ServiceDoor, or confidentially reporting this to the anonymous hotline. We take your feedback seriously and will be looking into some of the items you mention here.
