Pros

Good base pay, great co workers (if your lucky).

Cons

This is a not a company you will grow in. You will see people come and go some of it is because people quit, others times are because they fire people pretty easily here. But in terms of growth, you will not see it. There are people who have been in the same role for 3 years with no promotion to AE. In fact there was an SDR who has been at ServiceTitan for 3 years, good rep, had great months, but had a few bad months and they let him go. My first day on the Job my manager told me the AEs are not your friends and he was right. The system is pitted against you. The AEs are financially motivated to DQ your meetings and will do everything in their power to do so. We have a specific ICP and the AE's will ask questions in a certain way to get the meeting DQed or even go through your previous conversations with the customer to find a way to DQ it. You will spend a lot of time working on a lead, and when you finally get a demo scheduled, the AE will find a way to DQ your meeting. On top of all this, ever since the company went public, Things have gotten worse. SDRs used to be able to have huge months where they make like 10k, with the new comission structure that is no longer possible. The commission is less and now theres also a cap, and its pretty much impossible to even get to that cap in the first place

Pros

The benefits are solid, including stock options and unlimited PTO, though I didn't feel especially encouraged to actually use the time off. The C-suite has a clear vision for where the company is headed. Peers are genuinely good to work with, and there's a shared sense that people want to do well and want each other to succeed. It's a growing company, so the stock could carry real value over the long run if that growth holds.

Cons

Leadership at the department level was my main concern. In my experience, the management style made it hard to raise concerns or disagree without it affecting how you were viewed on the team. Direction was often unclear and expectations shifted, which made it difficult to know what success looked like. Over my time here I saw a lot of capable people leave, some by choice and some not, and the turnover lined up with those leadership gaps.
