Pros

As an intern I was able to work on meaningful projects, not just ho-hum tasks that full-time employees didn't want. The culture is welcoming and open; I got to know a lot of people from all over the company.

Cons

Like any startup, there are going to be issues while trying to grow and expand. If you're not an independent self-starter it could be difficult to settle in.

Used to be owned by Mastercard so the benefits are amazing

Sold to a small company overseas, resulting in mass layoffs in US

I greatly enjoy the overall org and felt both needed and supported by my team and internal customers.

Cons

There were quite a few but those days are over, now.
