It is widely acknowledged that every person plays a critical role in the development and success of the company. Every day is filled which challenging, exciting, and worthwhile work.
Cons
Like many startups, employees are expected to put in 150% every day. If you aren't prepared to work hard day in and day out, it's not a good fit. SessionM also requires flexible people who can restructure their projects and priorities. You may need to complete a task at the drop of the dime, which can be demanding.
