- Collaborative environment; constantly evolving - Very approachable executive team - Working with the biggest brands on the market - Great HQ location/office - Smart, capable & accountable co-workers - Contributors can feel their impact on the company's growth

Cons

- Conflicting client priorities can cause tension between teams. Deadlines can shift and pressure can run high. - Complex & evolving product can lead to longer ramp up times for new employees - Need to be able to carve your own path upward (not for everyone)
