Pros

Entrepreneurial, fast-paced start-up environment. Real customers - Get to work with some of the world's top brands! Everybody is hands-on (incl. the execs) and works hard to make a difference. People here are very smart AND very nice. Lots of ongoing efforts to improve (environment, culture, benefits, food, etc.). High degree of transparency.

Cons

Commute can be rough at times (but company offers flexible work hours). May not be a great place for people that are romantic about start-up life (free beer, cool products, smart people -- it's all here!) but aren't prepared for high growth (ambitious goals, rapid changes, hurdles to jump over etc.)
