Pros
Fast paced, exciting environment with a common goal - chance to be part of something HUGE. You have the opportunity to wear many different hats within the organization, therefore becoming a SME, and extremely marketable. Beautiful ocean views, great Seaport location, free food & flexibility with PTO. People here work hard but are recognized for all of their contributions.
Cons
Communication between departments could be stronger - something a lot of companies have to work on. Strides are being made to make sure everyone is always on the same page!
