Pros
The company has experienced tremendous growth and it's exciting to work on the front lines with the world's top brands (that I shop at) in restaurants, travel, and retail, etc. It's personally rewarding to see how the work we do with our customers provides tangible results to their businesses. The company regularly shares updates on our customers' press releases or earnings calls of how our products are driving their results, which helps with the "what does my work do each day?" question.
Cons
High growth doesn't come without some growing pains. I will say the company has improved in this area, but there is always more work that can be done.
