Zero Accountability - Anonymous employee SessionM Employee Review

Product and engineering do not prioritize the platform enhancements well at all. We have a number of critical items that have just been ignored for years. They have provided so many target dates for product releases that have gotten pushed not just quarters but years. Many that were promised to clients verbally by executives and in their contracts, and not released several years later. Engineering seems to have zero accountability. How Lars has tolerated this for so long, I don't understand. Hoping that Mastercard will figure out what's going on, and start to hold them accountable. There is so much potential with this platform, its honestly a shame.
