Pros
SetSail is place where a premium is placed on reasoning above all else, and it's refreshing to be in the company of a team of people who have developed such strong conceptual skills. The problems are hard, the team is smart, and the product is unique. I've thoroughly the experience of working here so far.
Cons
The pace is fast, and like most companies that are growing this quickly, players are learning their positions as they play the game. This is pretty much unavoidable in such a fast-growth startup setting.
