      Pros

      The company is constantly growing and provides plenty of opportunity. My days and weeks fly by so fast as I am always busy. I feel my work is very appreciated and am often told that by other team members. The company's values are Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence and Charity. The values are not symbolic; they are lived hear at Sevan every single day. The company rewards its team members based on the overall success of the individual and the company.

      Cons

      This is not a place for someone who does not want to work hard and contribute to the team. People work all over the country out of their homes so it is difficult to meet everyone.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.

      Fun work at times, hands off managers

      Cons

      Disorganized. Didn’t take the time to get to know me or the benefits I could bring to the company. They removed my health insurance on the day they decided the temporary employment was over.
