      Pros

      If you work hard, you are recognized for your talents and will be sought out for opportunities to advance in the company. People are very down to earth and easy to work with. I love the culture of the company and the ability to be able to connect with all levels of the organization regardless of title.

      Cons

      I was raised to be a hard worker, so I don't make excuses when you have to put in the time.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.

      Fun work at times, hands off managers

      Cons

      Disorganized. Didn’t take the time to get to know me or the benefits I could bring to the company. They removed my health insurance on the day they decided the temporary employment was over.
