      - Good work experience - Big clients - Some cool people that are willing to help you (to an extent)

      Cons

      - No professional development - Poor management - Drama central - Ridiculously low pay (you can work at a restaurant and earn more money) - Good luck paying your rent and bills in HCOL cities!

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
