      Tough sledding if you're a minority - while the firm (and all firms) pledge a commitment to diversity, the proof is in the pudding when you look at the track record of minority success and retention.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
