Unhealthy Environment - Anonymous employee Seyfarth Shaw Employee Review

The administration doesn't know what they are doing. The HR person is horrible. There is favoritism and a divide with the staff. Most of the secretaries are unfriendly. A lot of clicks and gossip. Very low morale throughout the staff. Nothing done in the years I was there to improve anything. Nothing done for employees to make them want to be there. Only a small handful of staff actually work. Very unfair working environment.
