I think one of the most important aspects of any job is liking the people that you work with. The people here are like a family, the office is a friendly and caring environment, and the absence of true jerks is a big plus (it can be quite difficult to find a top law firm that does not have a sizeable contingent of jerks). Further, the attorneys are top-notch, as are the clients, especially in the labor and employment group (which is most of the office). Overall, its a great place to work, and an even better place to make a career.
