      Colleagues, opportunity for advancement, technology offerings. They won't say they're a lifestyle firm but it's a company that definitely recognizes that everyone has a life outside of the firm.

      Cons

      Sometimes big firms are slow to make decisions when being nimble and agile would be good to lean into.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
