      You can learn a lot in a short amount of time.

      Cons

      No career progression. Management does not listen to employee complaints or pay attention to employee burn out. Overtime is expected and if you are not willing to put in overtime hours management will not respect you.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
