      Good hybrid work policy; a lot of overtime work if you desire; good

      Cons

      Immigration attorneys are extremely dysfunctional at times; they love to overwhelm your plate. 1700 billable hours is more apt for an associate, not a paralegal. Extremely poor pay.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
