Lowball salaries for a big law firm. Too many people who have been with the firm for years are unwilling to try new ways of doing things. Seyfarth has the, "well, we've always done it this way" syndrome. There are people who actually get away with saying 'no" to their internal clients when the ask is literally their job. Absolutely no room for advancement.
