      Best big firm you can work at if big firm life is for you. Progressive, innovative, very open to alternative work arrangements.

      Cons

      It's a big firm, so hard to get known. Frugal, so less perks than many other big firms.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
