Pros
Benefits are good and hybrid schedule is nice. Three days in and two days remote.
Cons
Management is by far the worst. Firm does not care about staff. Workload is unbelievably heavy with no let up and no back up. Certain races are favored and others are targeted. Secretaries do not have a supervisor who has their backs.
