      Decent quality of life firm

      Cons

      The partnership is generally cliquey and phony. People say nice things, but act exclusively in their self-interest. I know of other firms that are not like this and more genuine. A lot of virtue signaling at this firm too.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
