      Pros

      Extremely professional and congenial law firm. There is a lot of firm pride and it generates good will and hard work.

      Cons

      Baptism by fire! There is not a lot of hand holding or mentoring. People are very helpful and answer questions, but if you're lost you pretty much have to figure your own way out.

      Pros

      GREAT atmosphere in the Sac office. Everyone is congenial, polite, and friendly. Great pay and atmosphere.

      Cons

      Very stern on 3 days in office policy, even if staff is sick. Also PTO and sick time are in the same bucket.
