Pros

The best coworkers you could ever ask for all things considered and not too much work for $15/hr. Great job for high school and college students!

Cons

I would have stayed for as long as they would have me if it weren't for the Fitness Attendant boss. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to work for them. They constantly oversteps boundaries, desperately needs HR training, and engages in vindictive and retaliatory behavior. HR knew about all of their behavior, for the past two years, and decided to ignore it. I know all of this seems like an ex employee scorned, however, I loved this job and my coworkers. I had to leave, along with multiple other employees, because I could get at least $15/hr to not be abused somewhere else.

Pros

Amazing place to be, especially for younger professionals. Flexible and accommodating work environment. Lots of awesome people!

Cons

Depending on the department and supervisor, your experience here will be widely different. I constantly work over time with hardly any flex-days. It can be difficult in my role to have autonomy when upper management is very particular.
