Business Outlook
Pros
Relatively relaxed workload 2 days per week WFH at the time I left, however there are unproductive constraints built into how you may use the WFH days Great benefits package
Cons
Clients can be extremely difficult to deal with Management is looking to drastically change the operations model, but doesn't seem to have any clear direction. New initiatives are rolled out weekly, then quickly forgotten or reversed, leaving the lower level employees to handle the increased workflow, deal with client issues stemming from the initiatives, and strain to remember which process is the most current. Low pay
