Pros

Compensation can be competitive, particularly depending on timing and role. Benefits are fully covered, which is a meaningful advantage.

Cons

I’ve never experienced such a micromanaged and toxic work culture. The level of constant monitoring regardless of performance is overwhelming and counterproductive. It’s also telling that so many employees openly speak negatively about the organization. That kind of widespread sentiment doesn’t happen without cause. There is a clear culture of fear being used as a management tool. A constant sense of urgency and crisis is created, even when it isn’t warranted. Leadership often comes across as dismissive and out of touch, which only reinforces the disconnect between management and employees. Work-life balance is heavily compromised. Employees are expected to spend the majority of their time in the office, while peers at other companies have flexibility and autonomy. This environment is unsustainable. There is a real opportunity here to build something better one rooted in trust, respect, and accountability rather than control.

Pros

Shamrock RTS provides an inclusive, multicultural workplace where everyone is welcomed, respected, and valued. The company offers a competitive salary plus commission, creating excellent earning potential for employees who are motivated to perform. There are strong opportunities for career growth, with ongoing training, coaching, and continuous learning that support both personal and professional development. What stands out most is the supportive culture: from colleagues to management and the directors, everyone is approachable, encouraging, and invested in helping each other succeed. The fast-paced environment keeps the work engaging and allows employees to build new skills while being recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can be demanding during busy periods, but it also provides opportunities to learn, grow, and develop valuable skills.
