Pros
Mediocre pay is offset by great benefits. The off shift incentives are numerous and make moving between shifts easy, you could wait years to get on first shift at other companies. If you work hard and put your time in there are opportunities to advance.
Cons
Quarterly bonuses are small unless you get the off shift perfect attendance bonus. You are required to have improvement ideas every year and appropriate feedback isn't consistently given. BMI requirements are a hastle, you must enroll in a wellness program if your BMI is over 30, not entirely bad in itself but you have to remember to turn in monthly activity tracking logs which is a real pain, so even if you are following the rules of the program and exercising you can be hit with the non-conformance fee if you don't turn your tracking logs in.
