Good people are attracted to the name recognition.
Cons
No direction, no product, no solutions. Want to sell solutions to differentiate themselves but have no infrastructure to support. When you break it down, it's just a company that wants to move copiers only and the difference between Sharp and its completion is "just a click charge away" This is a company that is definitely "on the market" to be acquired for its limited base.
