      Company has great talent, technology and R&D.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership - too many kingdoms and fiefdoms internally - lacking vision and unable to 'cannibalize' older technologies and moving on to new ones. Small thinking leaders who don't know how to run a large company, so they down-size company to fit their capacity :(
