Pros
The benefits were great, especially the 401k. Health insurance started off great and then sank with limited options especially if you don't want the Kaiser plan. Its a fun environment 20 percent of the time.
Cons
Zero accountability from upper management, delusional expectations, Old boys club where all of the management have basically worked together from previous companies and pretty much run the branches as a failing start up. Account reps hide / sneak personal items into customer sales such as laptops, TV, iPads for personal use and gain. Management also created its own leasing company where there basically force account reps to use for there own personal gain. Not sure how this is ethical
