Pros

Floor can be busy but coworkers are helpful and very team oriented. Pay is decent. My manager was very understanding whenever I need some time off. I’ve met a lot of lifelong friends at Scripps.

Cons

A lot of multitasking Involved such as helping one patient at a time, but the job is rewarding. I worked as a Nightshift CNA. Rate can be better, but it's possible that it can go higher if your performance advances.

Pros

I feel this depends on the site that you are working, that being said, my site is awesome, no micro managing, they always work with you and I truly enjoy working here.

Cons

The commute, and their disability benefits, if something were to happen to you before you acrue a certain amount of time, you don't qualify for an LOA
