Pros
Sharp Home care is the best place to work. Home health care is such a wonderful job. It is not just caring for patients in their home but it’s about being part of their lives, part of their family. You are involved with the patients and family on an individual level. The home setting is intimate and it fosters familiarity, sharing, connections, and caring between clinicians, patients and their families/caregivers Home health requires the clinician to be flexible, open minded, and have a wide range of experience and skill sets. It in turn offers your day variety, new challenges and learning something new all the time. What I like best is that Sharp Home care is patient centered care. Everything is focuses on best care for the patient. I feel everyone on the team cares about the patient as a person and wants to do their best to educate, support and improve the patient’s status. Because we are in the patient’s home we are able to more completely assess the situation, become closer and assist with improvements in patient’s goals. Diane Granander R.N.
