      I have not seen the promote from within philosophy Not much available for non-clinical personnel - which, in turn, speaks highly of the organization that there is not much turn over

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
