      Sharp Mesa Vista as a per diem therapist is a great place to work. Flexibility, structure, great learning opportunities, clean environment

      Cons

      Would not increase pay with my change in licensure. There is some disconnect between upper management and feeling like I can speak freely.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
