      Pros

      Sharp has integrity and is fair with it's employees and puts patient safety and customer service as top priority. If you want to work for a company or receive care from a company with integrity and good values, this is the place to work. They truly do care about their staff and patients and their families and invest in them.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything negative. I really enjoy working here and there are a lot of long term employees

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
