Pros
They love to hire new grads, and the care patients receive is pretty great. I almost always ask how my patients are being cared for during their stay and they rarely express a disliking of their care.
Cons
The pay is very low compared to other hospitals in the area. They spend millions of dollars on renting the convention center for an all staff assembly to give the impression that they care about us but it doesn't fool me. Only upper management get holiday and annual bonuses. What about the little guys?
