      Pros

      Sharp Grossmont was a very busy ER. I received a lot of medical experience with many knowledgable Doctors, PAs, and Nurses. Wonderful work environment and culture. Sharp cares about it's patients and employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes there were not enough ER techs which made it difficult to help all of the nurses.

      Pros

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
