      Pros

      I really love being a per-diem employee because i can pick the days i want to work. i love the staff and all of the new hire training.

      Cons

      12 hours night shifts are exhausting. i have to work at least two weekend shifts/month as a per diem amployee

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
