      Leaders do not listen. They portray as if they do, but they don't. The Sharp Experience does not apply to Executive leadership and how they treat team members,

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
