      Decent pay (only reason for 3 stars)

      Cons

      Micromanaged, leadership does not acknowledge your hard work unless you’re a “yes” man. Standards of conduct are a joke...management does not follow them. Observed workplace bullying on more than one occasion. Micromanaged beyond belief.
