      Some "older" management employees arent current on the the best practices for managing/supervising and therefore can micromanage a bit,

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
