Great leadership, team-approach and longevity in staff, given the outstanding place Sharp is to work.

Cons

There are unfortunately limited options for advancement to a position higher than the OTII level.

Wonderful work environment and coworkers

Cons

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
